Hey boo hey! It’s national recycling day! I chose this photo because everything I’m wearing is 100% cotton! The reason this is important is because cotton is biodegradable unlike materials such as rayon and polyester that take many years to decompose! ✨
Don’t get me wrong my closet is still full of items such as these but as I go on this journey to be more mindful about what I consume and waste, I’ll be more accountable for my actions and encourage you to do the same starting today! ✨Weather it be using a reusable shopping bag over a plastic one or reselling clothing that has been sitting in your closet for over a year!
